Antlers General Contracting is proud
of our 40+ years construction industry experience; the kind
of experience it takes to recognize and produce great quality.
Our homes are built to superior standards, exceeding the home
building industry's best International Residential Code (IRC).
Our custom-ordered, factory-built,
site-finished, IRC modular homes are not mobile homes, and
far exceed their HUD standards. Our homes are installed
on custom-built foundations, not with trailer skirts. Even
custom site-built, or "stick-built", homes do not
compare to the factory-built industry's standards. Site-built
homes cost more due to their inefficiencies, not quality,
when compared to factory-built homes. Note the reduced
costs of architecture and engineering, construction loans,
interest, and lending fees. Note the reduced time to
completion, with no seasonal considerations.
Your custom home by Antlers General Contracting is over 20% over-built with more material than
site-built homes, even exceeding the factory-built industry's
own standard of 18%. This is required to assure you of
its superior structural integrity, while handling the stresses
of transportation (cranes, highway speeds), something a site-built
home could never do. |
