Landscaping plays a big role in bringing your home’s exterior to life. At Royalty Custom Homes, we understand how important it is for your outdoor space to reflect your style and preferences. That’s why landscaping is typically left to the homeowner to complete after move-in—giving you full control over plant choices, bed placement, and overall design.

Because our homes close year-round—often outside of prime landscaping season—landscaping packages are not generally included in our standard home packages. However, we do include rough grading, which is a critical first step in preparing your lot for future landscaping and turf. This process involves shaping the land, setting slopes for proper drainage, and leveling the ground to ensure your yard is ready for grass, garden beds, and more.

If you'd like to have landscaping included as part of your build, we can absolutely accommodate that through a change order. Your Customer Selection Coordinator can help gather bids and guide you through the process. Please note that any landscaping additions managed by Royalty Custom Homes will include a markup for coordination, as we’ll handle the scheduling and communication with the landscaper.
