Garage Heaters: Comfortable and Functional Year-Round

At Royalty Custom Homes, we design every space in your home with both comfort and functionality in mind. One way to enhance your garage is by installing a garage heater—a solution that keeps your space comfortable, protects your vehicles and equipment, and extends the usability of your garage throughout the year.

Why Install a Garage Heater?

A garage heater provides consistent warmth during colder months and helps prevent freezing in extreme temperatures. This makes it ideal for:

  • Creating a comfortable workspace for projects or hobbies

  • Protecting vehicles, tools, and equipment from cold damage

  • Maintaining a usable garage for more of the year, regardless of weather

Whether you’re using your garage for parking, storage, or as a workshop, a properly installed heater can make a noticeable difference in both comfort and functionality.

How a Garage Heater is Installed

Installing a garage heater involves several key components:

  • Ceiling-mounted outlet for power

  • Gas line for fuel (if using a gas-powered heater)

  • Heater unit

  • Proper mounting to ensure safe and efficient operation

Our installation process ensures that each component is installed correctly and safely, giving you a reliable heating solution.

Installation Options

At Royalty Custom Homes, we offer flexible packages depending on your needs:

1. Full Installation

Includes everything needed to get your garage heater up and running:

Planning Your Garage Heating

When planning a garage heater, consider:

  • How you use your garage – Workspace, storage, or vehicle protection

  • Type of heater – Electric vs. gas-powered options

  • Installation timing – Rough-in wiring and gas lines during construction saves cost and effort

At Royalty Custom Homes, we work with you to select the solution that best fits your garage, ensuring it’s comfortable, functional, and ready for your lifestyle.
